NT Server to Windows 2000 Server

Hi All,

I have a single NT Domain with a PDC running Exchange and a BDC. I want to
upgrade a new server to Win 2k server.

Should I install Win 2k Server on the new box with different domain name and
migrate the users from the NT Domain?

or should i just upgrade the NT server to Win 2k and then install Win 2k on
the new server as BDC and then promote it PDC?

I tried to install NT Server on the new box but it kept coming back with the
blue screen of death.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
