NT On Access Scanner

If anyone can help me regarding this error message I will
grateful. I am regularly getting this message: NT On
Access Scanner Service has encountered a problem. NT On
Access Scanner Service has encountered a problem and
needs to close. You may lose information you were working
on. An error report has been prepared to report this
problem to Microsoft. A selection to send error report
or don't send. What does this mean?

This is not an MS-Access database error message. According to Dell, it's
caused by having 2 anti-virus scanners on the same computer. You might want
to check with your computer AV supplier's support website.
