NT On-Access Scanner Service encounters problem...

I've seen the error message "NT On-Access Scanner Service
encounters problem..." upon starting my computer several
times. It usually takes 5 to 10 minutes for the message
to appear. How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for the reply. I have loaded the Windows updates
and ran Symantec Liveupdate and used the blast removal
tool, however, I still get the same message when I turn
on the computer. Any other suggestions?
