NT Delegation help

Hi, we have a single AD 2003 Domain and I was wondering
how I can give part of our IT team access to certain NT
acounts (only ones they need to manage) and no autoity
over any other accounts, how can I do this? The Rest of
the IT team will have full access to all accounts.

You can place the users you wish to give access to an OU and give the users
to control it full access over that OU.
