NT Backup Problem

Hi

I have created 4 nt backup jobs and sheduled for 1.00AM daily to another system on the network, daily 2 backup will finish successfully and other 2 jobs will give the error in the log saying

Error: The device reported an error on a request to write data to media
Error reported: Unknown error
There may be a hardware or media problem
Please check the system event log for relevant failures
The operation was ended
Backup completed on 5/19/2004 at 2:24 AM
Directories: 3
Files: 6053
Bytes: 2,406,558,23
Time: 54 minutes and 15 second

Error: E: is not a valid drive, or you do not have access

am not able to get what the problem is. Please some one help me on this
issue

- Bad tape?
- Flawed tape drive?
 
Hi

I am not backing up to the tape. I am backing up to the hard disk of the replic server which is in lan and the 2 backups are happening fine

The account you use does not have write-access to the disk you have
specified. Use a different account!
