SYMPTOMS
When you run Nslookup.exe at a command prompt, you receive
the following error message after the DNS request times
out:

*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.18.1: Timed
out
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: Unknown
Address: 192.168.18.1

Hi,

You get this message because you don't have a PTR record for your DNS
server. See 242906 "DNS Request Timed Out" Error Message When You Start
