When you run Nslookup.exe at a command prompt, you receive
the following error message:

*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.18.1: None-
existent
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: Unknown
Address: 192.168.18.1
server nt2k-dns
Default Server: nt2k-dns.nbc.com
Address: 192.168.18.1

record in the reverse lookup zone for the DNS server.

a record exists for the DNS server but has bad
information, i.e. the wrong IP address or server name then
delete the record and recreate it.
