Yes it will. If XP Pro runs on it, XPe will run on it.

We have a 300MHz Geode processor board available with Windows XP
Embedded pre-installed:

Seems to. There appear to be issues with getting the sound to work. I've not
been successful on Advantech PCM-5824, but I believe that that others using
different Geode cards have succeeded

Everything else that I've used works fine
