Windows 10 Now my scroll wheel does pages instead of multiple lines?

I'm not sure why, but Windows isn't respecting my mouse settings. I want it to scroll 5 lines instead of a whole page, but it scrolls the whole page instead. I'm not sure what's wrong but it's annoying, why wouldn't it work the way I set it.

OK, so I unplugged the mouse, and now it works the way I want it to

Too bad I can't delete forum threads,

While your solution may seem simple and you may feel silly it may in fact help somebody else in the future. Many a time in the past I have had an issue with whatever and have racked my brains trying to sort it out and in the end it was just a matter of unplugging or switching on or off. The simplest solution is more than often the last solution we think of.
