now got 2 hard discs after installing norton systemworks

after installing systemworks and using disx doctor i have a new hard drive with 31 mb(folders look like test thingy)i have lost system restore and search capabilitys and it wont let me use recovery discs to reinstall windows xp. 1 how go i get rid of this partition and get back to normal thank you
 
Got a Dell computer? Dell places diagnostic tools into a 'hidden' 31 MB
partition at the beginning of the disk. (The partition is hidden so users
won't be tempted to play with it.) You may have unwittingly 'unhid' the
partition. The tools are a good thing - I would keep them. Your problems
with system restore and search likely weren't caused by installing NSW.
Norton's recovery disks don't work with Windows XP - this is explained in
their documentation.
