Novell and windows XP printing

I recently bougt a pentium 4 loaded with Windows XP. I am
connected to a Novell network and I set up the printers to
print to the different queues. The jobs get printed but
with a banner page. There are no options in the printer
or network properties to remove the banner page.

Can someone help me?

Which brand and model of printer?
