notifyalert.exe

When I resume my computer from being in hibernate mode I
get an error message - red circle with an x in it and
an "OK" prompt.

It says - "NotifyAlert.exe - Application Error.
Application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000135.
Click OK to terminate application."

This does not happen when I shut down and start up.

None of the application open are affected in any way (ie
nothing closes)

Any tips?

Notifyalert.exe is a program from Dell.
