notify alert application error

I keep getting this error pop-up window. I have no idea what application is causing this.
I deleted net one (or some microsoft application named simliar to that), and I think this error message started appearing after that.

Application popup: NotifyAlert.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

any ideas?
 
Hi Glen,

The error description is STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND.

Basically it means you deleted a file that another program is trying to use
and can't find.

Glen, are you using a Dell? I believe this may be their Nofication Alert
(keeps you informed of manufacturer updates, etc)

Here is a link at Dell where they offer solutions for the exact same problem
you are encountering.

I'd recommend you give their suggestions a shot. Please let me know if this
