Notification on SMS arrival

Hi All,

I'm interested in creating a app which can grab SMSs before they go in the
Inbox of Pocket Outlook. Can anyone guide me from where I could start?

im also developing a similar app. the solution that i have found is to stop the inbox app in
' settings/system/memory/running programs' manually....this is of course bad solution...but im still investigating other solutions. one of them could be changing some settings in the registry..
