Can anybody help? My internet conncection through dialup is running
presently. But the two computer icon is not shown in the tray (notification
area) How should I disconnect?

Besides this, I should gratefully acknowledge my sincere thanks in advance
if somebody helps getting back the tray icon of the running tasks such as
ICQ, MSN Messenger. In some sessions they are shown and in some sessions
they are not shown even if they are running. The problem is, while
disconnecting a chat session with some buddy, if I want to launch a new
session with somebody, then I cannot do so as the MSN messenger icon is not
in the tray (notification area).

Click Start | Connection
Right click your connectoid.
At the bottom of the General tap there should be a box to check to show icon
in the notification area.

This probably wont help but recently I copied my OS into
a different partition which was hidden & logical and it
is surposed to be unhidden & primary to boot up but I had
not editted my boot.ini file and it let me boot up on the
copy which ran a lot slower and some icons were missing
from the tray even though they were running.
Good luck.

Right-click a blank area in the Systray, then click on Properties in the
pop-up menu. In the dialog box, select the Taskbar tab, then Customize
button in lower-right. In next dialog box, click on the two-computer icon
to get a drop-down of three choices via the inverted triangle to the right.
Select, OK, then Apply/OK to close. This should make it visible if "Always
hide" is NOT selected.
