notification add on

Hi guys

Does anyone here know of a way or an add on that will enable me to display a
notification message & play a sound when an email arrives in a certain
account as Outlook provides in its rules wizard?

Not that I know of. Windows Mail doesn't distinguish between
accounts when playing the notification sound.
