some of the pop up descriptions are behind the task bar.. you can just see the top of the balloon. not all of them but most. Can anyone tell me how to get them to the top so I can see them?
this is a known issue, it happens periodically to everyone. sometimes you
can fix it by right-click task bar, properties, and toggling "always on
top". Sometimes this doesn't fix it tho! A reboot usually does fix it!
