notice that apears once and once...

First I dont know english so goo so forgive me..
Last week apeared in my pc that is a troyan horse irc...I run antivirus...now there is not virus..but the notice apears..what can I do to prevent this?
 
Adaware, www.lavasoft.de and, or SpyBot Search & Destroy, update before
running.
And, or note the name of the Trojan go to www.symantec.com Security
Response expand the link for 'View all virus threats' and locate the
virus/trojan and follow removal instructions.
Ensure your Firewall is activated or download and install ZoneAlarm
