When I turn on my computerk, it sounds like its running as normal but I get
an error message on my screen that says "No Signal and switch to power save".
What does that mean and how can I correct that. I called Comcast and they
said it was not the internet that I should call the manufacturer which is
Sony. Need help.

Check the video cable between the PC
and the monitor, make certain it's not loose.

Also check the Video card is fully seated
into the connector on the motherboard
(with power off of course).

(Whenever you report an error message it's important to state the
complete, exact text of the message.)

From your description it sounds like your monitor is not getting a
usable video signal. That could happen for several reasons; you'll have
to identify what's causing the problem in your case:
* loose or damaged video cable (plug and unplug at both ends; examine
the pins)
* video card overheated (try with another monitor or show to a technician)
* video resolution not supported by monitor (your video resolution
should match the monitor's native resolution)
