Nothing Opens automatically anymore

CDROM, USB flash drive, DVDs.... On my computer at work all of these thing
open up right away. There are CDROMS that I havent been able to install
because I cant find the right setup icon. I just want things to open on their
own again. Ive gone to the run/redigit/autorun to 1 thing . my CD drive is
set up to play automatically, but I dont think that is holding the setting
that I keep putting on it. that seems to be a problem. Can anyone help me
out??
