Notes section disappears

I work for an accounting firm that uses Outlook extensively for tracking our
contacts. We have developed our own template for the layout of the contacts
information. We use the note section often and therefore we made that a
large box.

One of the users cannot always see the notes section when he opens a
contacts information. A different user is able to open that same contact on
their workstation and view the entire notes section. I've tried countless
things to try to resolve this situation but the section keeps disappearing on
his workstation.

Do you mean Custom Form? If so, you would post this to a programming group.
