I have a presentation that was forwarded to me via email.
When I view it in the normal view with notes shown, I
don't see any notes. In fact, I see the "click to add
notes" comment that is there before any notes are added.
However, when I print the file or view it in print
preview, there is already a note in this space on one of
the slides (slide 2, if that matters). I don't see it in
normal mode so I can't delete it. I've looked in the
notes master and nothing is in there.
I did a work around to get the job done. I copied the text
from the original slide and pasted it in a new slide. Then
I deleted the original slide 2 and moved the new slide
into its' place. but it doesn't solve my problem.
It just concerns me that this "hidden" information was
somehow stuck to this file. Is there a hide note feature
or something that I don't know about? I often review
presentations and sometimes make brutally honest comments
in the notes area and send them back for correction before
they go to a customer. I'd hate for these "hidden notes"
to remain attached when a file is sent out electronically
to a customer
