Notes Field print limit?

Outlook 2000 - Contacts
I have some contact records in which the "NOTES" field
contains 300+ chars. When I try to print one of those
records it cuts off the text. Always at the same 239th
char. Is there a hard limit to the number of chars that
will print from that field?
 
Sounds like you're printing the address card view, which has such a limit. If you want to print all the notes, either use the memo format or a mail merge.

Thanks Sue. that's true I was printing from address card
view. I will try a work around in Memo format or Mail Merge
