There should be a Notepad.exe file in your C:\Windows\System32\dllcache
folder (you'll have to set your Folder Options>View to Show hidden files and
folders in order to see the dllcache folder). Copy the Notepad.exe file from
here to C:\Windows folder and C:\Windows\System32 folder.
There is a free download of a program called "mdipad" its
the same as notepad but it has multiple tabbed pages and
a few more extras. it is on the "PC Answers" site.
