Notepad To Access

I might have the wrong Newsgroup, but I'll start here. I need to make
an application on my Pocket PC. A very simple one. It needs to open
Notepad, I'll write my text, then I want to hit a button that will
export the text file to Microsoft Access. Any suggestions on how I
would do this? Thank you.
