NotePad messages

I keep getting this message... from WinPatrol wanting to know if I want to
change
these file from one to the other... Thanks for any help...

Change to _______ notepad.exe%1

Change from ____ Company name

Change to ______ Microsoft Corporation
NOTEPAD.EXE%1

Yea that's what I believe but have found looked in
regedit
HYKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Run
right panel but cannot find anything

Have run Adware
SpyBot
AVG
System Mech
CC Cleaner and more but it keeps coming back....
