Notepad+ aggrevation

Running XP Pro Sp2, IE 7 all patches, 512mb ram

I have had Notepad+ installed for long time, and works ok for me.
For about a month, with a Rt Ck/Open With/ on a text file there
are two entries for Notepad. Both will open the file.

Going to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/Txt/Change
also has two entries of Notepad.

At Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/Txt/Advanced has:
Action: Open
Application used... : C:\WINDOWS\system32\Notepad.Exe %1
Checked: Use DDE
DDE Message: Blank
Application: Notepad
DDE Application Not Running: Blank

Questions:
1. Any ideas to get rid of one Notepad entry?
2. In Windows Explorer, where is Open With?
 
I've got Notepad+ also. I tried and couldn't get rid of the Windows
Notepad, so I left it. If Notepad+ doesn't add the + sign on its own, do a
Name change and add it.
