Note to Microsoft - drop the favorite icon

Since the Favorites Icon disappears every time the page is recached and
the Favorites Icons revert to the Explorer logo, why not drop the
Favorites Icon and just have text in the Favorties menus? The
continuing disappearance of the Favorites Icons is just an
embarassment.
