I know, there are several similar posts to that issue.
In PowerPoint 2007 when I create a pdf of the note page view (I use AdobePDF
printer) it is first very slow compared to former PowerPoint versions and
second (and this is even worse), the slide on the note page is just a
grafical picture on the pdf page. So any text search with AdobeReader is not
possible.
I have tried to work with the hint:

....but the VBA script stops at "Slide Image Placeholder 1 not found". Maybe
because I'm using a german version of PowerPoint 2007.
Is there an other way, that Powerpoint automatically uses instead of the
bitmap image of a slide the real slide object in the note page view?
