Note Page Overflow

I'm using the notes pages for my lecture notes.
On some slides, my notes are many and they don't all appear when I print my
note pages. It looks like my text exceeds the capacity of the page and
there is no provision in PPT for overflowing to an additional page.

What is the best practice in this situation?

Thanks
Jim

The export to Word seems to be the common solution for printing slides that
have extensive notes. PowerPoint 2007 does not have an export to Word
option. Will one be provided or will Micorsoft enhance the notes/printing
capability at 2007?

It's still there but very well hidden. That may mean it's scheduled to be
removed later or not ... no way of knowing that.

But for now click the big round logothingie, click PowerPoint Options, click
Customization.

Under Choose commands from, pick "Commands not on ribbon" (waaaaay at the
bottom). You'll then see Send To Word on the list. Add it to the Quick Access
Toolbar and give it a run.
