hey i have an error showing on destop of hs_err_pid 3 can anyone tell me how to mend this??????????? please and thank u
 
When does the error happen? The more information you can give the better we can help :)

The error tends to happen when im on msn i get a box up saying unable to launch im not very good at explaing things when it comes to computers would it be any good if i copied the error and pasted ????

Hey thanks for ur reply i have since removed an norton security program and reinstalled latest version that seems to have solved the problem
