not use firewall

Hi everyone!

I use XPe sp2.
I trying to deploy my image without firewall.
So build it, appears error message in application
My Application is about network connection.

Error message comes up...
"Error loading C:\windows\System32\Firewall.cpl
The specified module could not be found."


Do you have any idea to resolve it ??
