not uploading changes in FP 2003

When I publish a modified page it shows it uploaded & the time stamp on the
server file is correct but the changes are not there.The old page is still
there. How can it upload & be the old page? I have refreashed the page & the
hosting company confirms the changes havnt been made but the file date is new.
