I use microsoft access for work, I always print off my statements at the end
of each month. Before I do this I always update my dates so that I can see
monies that is outstanding by 30days, 60days ect........... For some reason
it is not updating any of the new invoices that I am inputting in onto my
statement. I have tried everything - can you help???

You would need to tell us how you "update the dates" and where your
statements pull the dates from. Do you go in and update some table with the
current dates? Does your statement calculate invoice aging based on this,
or does it prompt you for some date to be entered when you begin to run the
statements? I'm assuming that your statements are created by a report based
on a query?

Access is a database design application. We don't know anything about your
database. You have to talk to us in terms of the database and keep in mind
that we can't see your screen. Ten different people could build ten
different "statement" databases and each one would do it differently. If
you can't get help from the person who built your application, then you will
have to dig in and talk to us in more generic terms.

Post back with more details and perhaps we can help.
