Not suspending

I cannot suspend my computer. There is an error stating that the keyboard
isn't letting the computer suspend.
I am using a Trust 350KS wireless keyboard and mouse. I've tried
disconnecting the mouse and use another (wired) keyboard, but the error
keeps coming up.

I hope I was clear enough. My SO is en Portuguese so I cannot accurately
translate some words. However, please ask if you need further information.

this can be because of some 3rd party software installed
low level kbd hooks (or anti-hooks).

There was an old MSKB article blaming quicken for this behavior.
