Not starting up

I tried turning on my computer today and I can hear all
the drives running,and the fan on the processor is
running, but the computer does not finish POST.
It is an integrated motherboard. Is the problem with the
motherboard or with the processor? How can I tell?

Jim, check your Ram first. If you have two ram modules swap one out then
the other. If only one see if you can borrow one from a friend.
