When I open websites and look to the bottom taskbar I see that the window is
open. But in that box down there it should display full/part of the site
title of the website that I'm looking at. On mine it just shows 1 letter and
thats it. So if i was looking at microsoft all I see in my box at the bottom
is M thats it.

Hi,
Try uninstalling/reinstalling the Google desktop. It's been causing this
problem recently.

Hope this helps,
Don

Hi DarkLogan :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following and see
if it helps:

Title Bar Truncation
Title bar may contain garbage characters
Title bar truncated to 1 character.
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/iefaq.htm#GDS

If you have the Google Desktop bar installed try uninstalling/reinstalling
it.
It has been reported to produce truncation of the title bar text sometimes.

Hope this helps.
