Not Show the Initial Windows

I need help, after cut energy my comupter never show the initial windows (Xp
Home), i work using the Task Manager for load a Programs.

I will appreciate the Help for Fix this.

First, you may have an easier time getting tech support if you post in a
newsgroup for your native language instead of in this one, which is

Second, apparently your Explorer.exe has been damaged. Since you can use the
Task Manager to run programs, run the System File Checker:
sfc.exe /scannow

If that doesn't help, try a Repair Install:
