When I send email I am told later it was not received. It is not everyone I
email but several of my contacts have stated that they no longer receive
email from me. This never happened until I switched to vista. Help in anyway
please

When you are told that a sent message never arrived, check
the Sent Items folder. If a copy is there, then as far as Windows Mail
is concerned, that message was accepted by the outgoing mail server.

Make sure you are not using a non-compatible antivirus, like McAfee
or Norton.

I am running Norton but theyh told me it is co mpatable with Vista. Is this
not true? Also when I send it shows up in my sent folder as sent. What is
keeping me from receiveing from somne people? Thanks

Norton is not going to tell you that their products are unsuitable.
But trust the judgment of independent techs who deal with it all he time.

What can it hurt you to do a trial uninstall of Norton, reboot,
test your email, and if there is no improvement, reinstall Norton.
