Not sending and receiving messages

Hello.
I cannot receive or send messages and when I contacted my ISP (RoadRunner)
they said that because these error messages (Receiving: 0X8004210A) and
Sending: (0X8004210B) showed up in the error box, it was something corrupted
in the Registry Key concerning Outlook and that was a Microsoft issue. Do
you guys know anything about that?

These are time-out errors. Usually they are caused by having a virus scanner
integrated with Outlook. Uninstall/disable this integration and try again.

No luck Roady!
I looked in the Add-Ins and didn't see anything regarding any virus scanner.
Under the Manage, all I saw was COM Ad-Ins and Exchange Client Extensions. I
still can't get my mail.
