not running after re-installing

my microsoft anti-spyware no longer runs after
re-installing it. i re-installed it because it ran out.
these are the errors i get when trying to install run and
uninstall it.

it installs and uninstalls with errors but still does it
but it runs never properly. i run the program, recieve the
errors and then it freezes
can someone please help or reccomend me another spyware

Uninstall Microsoft AntiSpyware, delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder at
c:\program files, restart the computer, the install Microsoft AntiSpyware to
a non-default location such as c:\msas. Also ensure that you are logged on
as an administrator.
