Not recognizing my administrative rights

I downloaded the wildtangent game console set up program. However, when I
try to open it, I get the following error, "This program must be installed by
a user with administrative rights".

I have had administrative rights on this pc since I turned it on 2 years
ago. I just downloaded service pack2, and am running xp. Anybody please
have any ideas>?

Be wary of wildtangent products. They are spyware.
