Not recognized content of dvd-rw

Hi there,

I have a HP Compaq nx8220 and i can read the content of a dvd-rw. I saw this
article : 818733 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818733/en-us)but can´t fix
the problem.

Can anyone help me.
