not recieving any meeting requests

A user just been migrated to exchange 2003 and she is setup to be the editor
for teh calendar, but has not recieved any meeting requests. When she sends
a request they recieve it, however she does not recieve any since the
migration, is this a permissions issue with the other users?

wanted to note that the user should be recieving an email of the invite, but
is not.
