Not Receiving Selected Emails

I have just begun using Windows Mail and I am not able to receive selected
emails but do receive most of them. I have checked junk boxes, sent emails
to the individuals and yet can not receive them. They do not receive a
delivery failure.
Any help would be most appriciated.
 
If you receive most of your incoming emails then Windows Mail is
working for you. Are the missing emails visible in your webmail?
If not, then your mail provider may be silently discarding those emails
as spam.
