Not receiving messages

I am having trouble receiving any messages. I even sent a message to myself
from my other email but it has not come through. What can I do?
 
Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

If no error message, delete that mail account, restart Windows Mail, then
recreate the account.
