One possible explanation is that the missing message was caught by a
spam filter, either at the recipient's mail server or by the recipient's mail
program. Have the recipient check their webmail spam folder and the
spam folder in their mail program.
If you are able to send successfully to other recipients and to yourself,
that means your mail program (Windows Mail?) is working properly.
