Go to your provider's webmail, log in to your account there, and
see if there is a Spam folder or whether there are Spam filters in effect.
Does the church receive a notice of non-delivery when they send email to you?
Your account in Windows Mail has a web-mail page where you can also access
your messages. Are the missing messages found there (e.g., in a Spam
folder)?
