I have been reading other posts, but I am not getting it. After clicking on
the send/receive button, a few seconds go by and then the error pops up and
says:

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I have Vista program, so I assume it could be that. That is been where all
my problems have started.

Any suggestions where to look?

"POP3" is not a valid mail server name.
How did you access email before?
Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email address,
we can help with that also.

That makes sense. I have one email server through sunflower.com. However, I
am setting up a new website and have a new email for it,
(e-mail address removed). I wanted to use the Windows email to receive the
website emails. Maybe this cannot be done, having two email servers?

You can have up to 32 different accounts in Windows Mail, each with
their own mail servers.
The domain christyedwards.net is hosted by Network Solutions.
They should have given you a mail server name. I'm pretty sure it is
mail.christyedwards.net. Give that a try.
