Not receiving emails with attachments

I am not receiving about 50% of my emails with attachments into Outlook - xp
office version. They will come to the web-based yahoo server, but never end
up in the Outlook inbox or any other file.

Any ideas?
 
Do you have any rules running that might cause this behaviour? Is there
attachment filtering being done by your mail server? Do you have anti-spam
software that might be trapping them? Does your ISP have a limit set on
attachment size or even mailbox size?
